In my introductory Human Resources class we had a project that simulated creating a job posting. This included writing the job specifications and creating a realistic job post. It involved researching the job we chose, audit accountants, to find out details such as salary and requirements that would be needed to perform this job. It required a lot of teamwork to come together and successfully make a real sounding job post.

I think the most interesting parts were coming up with interview questions for this position, the plan for training someone once we hired them, and what the culture of the company would be like and how we would create that kind of culture.
